Your questions
What is the difference between a private.CLOUD and a public.CLOUD?
Customers of the private.CLOUD receive their own formcycle environment and can make significantly more individual configurations than customers of the public.CLOUD.
What does own mail server mean?
In the standard configuration, a system mail server is already defined via which all emails are sent. However, it is not possible to store your own e-mail sender address in this configuration. If you want to send emails with your own sender address, you must configure your own mail server.
In addition to the data that I collect, is any of my customers' personal data stored in the form.CLOUD?
No. Data protection has the highest priority on the form.CLOUD servers. This is why we deliberately anonymise IP addresses, for example, and do not track or create profiles.
This means that we only store data that you collect yourself with your forms. You can view and manage this data in your mailbox at any time.
Where is the data stored?
All data entered using forms in the form.CLOUD, as well as your own customer data, is encrypted on our server.
Where are the form.CLOUD servers located?
The form.CLOUD servers are located in a certified data centre in Germany.
Can the Support-Team access my data?
No. Support-Team can only access the data if you create an account for the employee or activate authorisation for technical support in your client settings. You can revoke or delete the authorisations at any time.
Can individual firewall rules be stored for access to external systems?
It is not possible to define your own firewall rules in the public.CLOUD, but in the private.CLOUD this can be done by the service staff on request.
Are cookies set when the forms are called up?
When the form is called up, a session cookie is set if the browser generally permits this. The cookie belongs to the category of strictly necessary cookies and is set for technical reasons.
How can I delete personal data and comply with deletion deadlines?
Each status can be assigned the property ‘Process can be deleted in this status’. If this setting is activated, the data records can be deleted manually from the mailbox.
The versatile processing options in form.CLOUD enable automatic deletion via the ‘Delete process’ action at the end of your processing, for example.
Deletion after a certain period of time has elapsed is possible by using a time-controlled status change with the ‘Delete process’ action.
Can I conclude a contract for order data processing (ADV) with XIMA MEDIA GmbH as the operator of form.CLOUD?
