Use the so-called status and action processing to control how the form data that has been sent is handled.
You can create as many statuses and actions as you want per form. The status defines the respective status of a process (submitted form). Actions give you the option of reading and writing your form data within the corresponding status.
As soon as you submit a form, the status processing is carried out. All actions created by you in the respective status are processed.
You perform functions with actions. For example, you can use actions to send emails or generate documents. These actions are carried out within a status.
