Word-/PDF export
Create a blank Word or PDF document from a form. When exporting to Word format, corresponding placeholders are also generated so that the form can be filled again in the workflow with the form data entered and is available to you as a print receipt. For better control of the export design, you can use Word documents as templates.
Characteristics
The function profile allows you to create an overview of the most important properties of a form. You will receive the generated profile as a PDF document. As in the Word / PDF export, you can also use a template when generating the profile.
Export
Provides the option of editing the form including processing and other settings as a
Download file. The form can be saved locally, for example to create
Backup or transfer to another XIMA® FORMCYCLE system.
