IN ADDITION TO THE DATA I CAPTURE, IS MORE PERSONAL DATA OF MY CUSTOMERS STORED IN THE FORM.CLOUD?
No. On FORM.CLOUD's servers, data protection is a top priority. Therefore, for example, we anonymize IP addresses and do not track or create profiles. So only data that you collect yourself with your forms will be saved. You can view and manage these in your mailbox at any time.
WHERE WILL THE DATA BE SAVED?
All data collected with forms in the FORM.CLOUD, as well as your own customer data, are highly encrypted in a central database on a server of our hosting service provider.
WHERE ARE THE FORM.CLOUD SERVER LOCATED?
The FORM.CLOUD servers are located in a secure data center within the European Union. The service provider has been carefully selected and processes the data exclusively on our instructions. He is obliged to comply with the applicable data protection regulations.
CAN THE HOSTER SEE MY DATA?
No. The use of high-grade "end-to-end" encryption makes reading of your data impossible.
CAN THE SUPPORT ACCESS MY DATA?
No. Support can only access the data if you create the employee as a user in your administration area. You can revoke or delete the authorizations at any time.
WILL COOKIES BE SET UP WHEN THE FORMS ARE APPEARED?
When the form is called, a session cookie is set if the browser permits it in principle. The cookie belongs to the category of absolutely necessary cookies and is set for technical reasons.
HOW CAN I DELETE PERSONAL DATA AND COMPLY WITH DELETION PERIODS?
Each status can be equipped with the property, "process can be deleted in this status". If this setting is enabled, the records can be manually deleted from the mailbox.
The versatile processing options in the FORM.CLOUD, for example, enable automatic deletion via the action "Delete action" at the end of your processing.
Deletion after a certain period of time is possible by using a time-controlled status change with the action "Delete action".
